Výkonná rada Slovenskej federácie ultraľahkého lietania (SFUL) na návrh Prezidenta SFUL a v súlade s opatreniami prijatými Ministerstvom dopravy a výstavby Slovenskej republiky a Dopravným úradom (uvedené nižšie) rozhodla nasledovne:
osvedčenia zdravotnej spôsobilosti sa budú považovať za platné do 30. 11. 2020
pilotný žiak vo výcviku musí v tomto období získať osvedčenie zdravotnej spôsobilosti najneskôr pred prvým samostatným letom
ODÔVODNENIE:
Toto opatrenie má za úlohu zosúladiť legislatívne postupy v rámci SFUL s ostatnými opatreniami prijímanými v oblasti civilného letectva v Slovenskej republike v rámci opatrení proti šíreniu ochorenia COVID-19.

Výnimka s obmedzenou dobou platnosti z leteckých predpisov L 1 Spôsobilosť leteckého personálu, JAR – FCL 1 Licencovanie letovej posádky (Letúny), JAR-FCL 2 Licencovanie letovej posádky (Vrtuľník) a JAR-FCL 3 Licencovanie letovej
posádky (Zdravotná spôsobilosť)
Ministerstvo dopravy a výstavby Slovenskej republiky, sekcia civilného letectva oznamuje, že na základe aktuálnej epidemiologickej situácie vo svete, v Európskej únii a v Slovenskej republike vo vzťahu k šíreniu prenosného ochorenia COVID- 19, ktoré ohrozuje verejné zdravie, zohľadňujúc rozhodnutie Úradu verejného zdravotníctva Slovenskej republiky č. OLP/2405/84443 z 09. 03. 2020 a opatrenie Úradu verejného zdravotníctva Slovenskej republiky č. OLP/2731/2020 zo dňa
23. 03. 2020 o nariadení opatrenia pri ohrození verejného zdravia na predchádzanie vzniku a šíreniu prenosného ochorenia COVID-19 a vládou Slovenskej republiky vyhlásenú mimoriadnu situáciu v súvislosti s ohrozením verejného zdravia II. stupňa
z dôvodu prenosného ochorenia COVID-19 spôsobeného koronavírusom SARS-CoV-2 udelilo výnimku s obmedzenou dobou platnosti z leteckého predpisu L 1 Spôsobilosť leteckého personálu, z leteckého predpisu JAR – FCL 1 Licencovanie letovej posádky (Letúny), z leteckého predpisu JAR-FCL 2 Licencovanie letovej osádky (Vrtuľník) a z leteckého predpisu JAR-FCL 3 Licencovanie letovej posádky (Zdravotná spôsobilosť).
Udelená výnimka sa vzťahuje na preukazy spôsobilosti, kvalifikačné kategórie, osvedčenia a doložky, oprávnenia, schválenia a potvrdenia vydané Dopravným úradom, ktorých platnosť sa skončí v období od 09. 03. 2020 do 31. 07. 2020.
Uvedené doklady týkajúce sa preukazov spôsobilosti a osvedčení zdravotnej spôsobilosti sa budú považovať za platné do 30. 11. 2020.
Informácia k implementácii výnimiek Dopravného úradu týkajúcich sa predlžovania osvedčenia zdravotnej spôsobilosti a lekárskej správy palubného sprievodcu vrámci opatrení pre COVID-19
Dopravný úrad (ďalej len „DÚ“) s poukazom na skutočnosť hrozby šírenia koronavírusu SARS –COV -2 na území Slovenskej republiky udelil dňa 2. apríla 2020 pod číslom 09789/2020/SLP výnimku z vybraných ustanovení nariadení Komisie (EÚ) č. 1178/2011 (Part-FCL, MED), pre letecký personál v neobchodnej leteckej doprave.
DÚ nižšie bližšie špecifikuje implementačný postup k výnimkám z vybraných ustanovení nariadení Komisie (EÚ) č. 1178/2011 (MED.A.045) a č. 2015/340 (ATCO.MED.A.045) nasledovne:
Platnosť osvedčenia zdravotnej spôsobilosti 1.,2.,3. triedy, LAPL a lekárskej správy palubného sprievodcu sa automaticky predlžuje,pokiaľ držiteľ tohto osvedčenia/lekárskej správy spĺňa požiadavky uvedené vo výnimke platnej pre príslušné osvedčenie/lekársku správu. Nie je potrebné žiadať Dopravný úrad o schválenie takéhoto predĺženia a ani žiadať AME/AeMC o vydanie osvedčenia zdravotnej spôsobilosti/lekárskej správy s predĺženou platnosťou.
